Katy Most of my quilts rely heavily on hand work. They are heavily hand-quilted. This one about 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch spacing on the free-form design. Something about the short between needles going through the fabric becomes a type of meditation for me. Unfortunately, due to my desire to hand-quilt, hand piece, and hand-applique -- It takes me a long time to finish projects.
